Duplicate citizenship certificate

I recently naturalised and applied passport. However, my certificate of naturalisation was torn by myself when open the returning documents evenlope...

So thinking on getting a replacement. Just wondering anyone has experience on the time framework for getting the replacement certificate? I have submitted the application (form NC) two weeks ago and there is no reply at all from home office...

I would allow around 4-6 weeks

I'd allow much longer in August, when many people take their annual leave. Assume that August does not count at all and then allow 4-6 weeks.
