Early Salary Credit & Income Consideration

Post by UpendraBestha » Tue Dec 09, 2014 3:41 pm

Hi,

I would like to go for my Tier1 General Extension by 22nd of December. Have below concerns and queries so can you kindly respond to my queries at the earliest please.

1) does the Immigration functions normally during December month?

2) My salary will be credited into my account by 16th of December. Will the Immigration considers this as income if credits early?
other wise, should I wait till the end of December inorder to consider this as income?

Thanks
UB

UKBA works in December also, But they won't work on bank holidays.

What ever bank statement and corresponding payslip you submit, they will consider as an earning. But they doesn't check your bank account for the latest deposits. If you gain enough points with your nov salary then you can file your application. But if you need December salary as well to get enough points, then you need wait until salary got credited and wait for original bank statement for that particular transaction. HomeOffice doesn't accept photocopy or internet statements. only original bank statement where your address will be printed.

Thanks

Thanks Suresh...

As soon the salary credit into my account by 16th of this month, I will request the bank to send the latest bank statement which has this transaction and I hope that they will consider the income for December month though it credited earlier.

Regards,
UB

As per my knowledge [ex HSBC] only sends statements for specific time frame all the time i.e 5th Jan to 4th Feb, this is a cycle. I am not sure about ur bank and you bank rules. check with your bank

You are correct, But HSBC don't do that. I tried once, But they denied.
