No earning in the fiscal year 2008-09 after tier1(general)

Hi All,

I got my Tier1(general) in July 2008. I work on contracts, but was not able to find one this year.

Present situation: 1. I have no limited company. 2. I do not have any kind of employment. 3. I do not have any income in this fiscal year 2008-09.

1. I would like to know, if I would have to pay tax returns
2. Any other kind of legal formality I need to complete as a part of the year end closing?
