earnings period querry

i want to claim points on dividends.. so what is the starting date and ending date of my earnings period for tier1 genaral?

should i enter incorporation date to accounts submission date?

or first dividend issued date to last dividend issued date?

or from the date where i am the director to accounts submission date?

or trading start date to accounts submission date?

please suggest me..

In director report it can be mentioned, about period of dormat, that 's all

one more question..
in the directors report, he mentioned,
"mrxxx held the office during the whole period from date of incorp to the date of this report"

what does it mean? this fine if it is true
