ECAA2 (ankara agreement)

hi ,

i have business visa under ECAA2 , complited my first year and trying to get it extended.i have been asked to send my accounts produced a qualified accountant , for the last accounting year (2008-2009) by Home Office.

my question is ,

do i have to use a qualified accountant for this? i am asking this because actually i keep my own boking by myself.

not really. I did mine on my own through online system and I extended my visa
