In cross checking the document section of the ILR application form, I noticed there's a box for a Police Registration Document. What's this??? Is this a required document...I don't want to take any chances in leaving out anything esp. as I'm paying extra for the premium service.
People of some non-Commonwealth nationalities living in the UK but with limited leave to remain are required, as foreign residents, to register with the police, as are certain other people with limited leave to remain in particular circumstances. You can consult the relevant part of the immigration rules, and the list of nationalities affected.

So it is very likely to be irrelevant in your case: what is your nationality? I any case, any requirement to register would, I think, be noted somewhere on your visa, entry clearance or entry stamp.

Back in '96, us Indonesians require police registration. When I came back here in 2000, we've been taken off the list. So if you check the list given, and you're not on it, one less document to worry about!

What is the point of using the forum only to edit out everything there after?

You do this on a regular basis......

I quite agree. In a way it's quite selfish, and one questions whether the OP merits the benefit of any advice in the future.
