EEA FP Application where the both the partners are divorced

Post by mandiri » Tue Aug 25, 2015 8:36 am

Dear All

My friend is applying for EEA Family Permit and in their case both the EEA National and non-EU National are divorced.

In the application form, there is space to provide the details of only one, so they have choosen the declare the EEA National's divorce details.

Can someone help and explain how to mention the divorcees of both the partners?

Thanks

Are you applying on a paper form?
Do you mean Q8.7.5?
Have you or the EEA National ever been married or in a long-term marriage-like relationship before?
It seems you're supposed to use the space for both parties (if necessary).
If there's not enough space there you could continue in the Additional Information section, (part 9).
