Dear moderators ,Gurus and members please advice us .I am EEA/Uk dual national (Lounes) . My non EEA wife and ten year old child applied For PR last month through solicitor . HO sent wife’s biometric letter to solicitor and child’a biometric sent to home address with child’s name and last page with barcode with my name and address and child’s details but there was mentioned Responsible Adult : Responsible adult not found . Went to post office with child and wife .Post office lady refused submitting child’s biometric even there is my name address on page with biometric code and I gave her my Provisional Driving licence photo card . Reason she was refusing was there is mentioned Responsible Adult not found . Wife’s biometric was submitted . She said on page with barcode Responsible adult : .........must be written my name and next time I must bring my passport also but both my passport has been sent wit application for child’ s PR . Thanks to all for your advices and sharing experiences .
