EEA citizen traveling to the UK with non EEA wife

Post by hicnar » Mon Sep 13, 2010 10:27 pm

Hi,

I'm an EEA citizen exercising the treaty rights in the UK. I'm getting married in November with my Brazilian fiance, then we will be travelling to the UK where I live.

Will my wife be admitted to the UK or she may be refused the admission.

Obviously we do not have the visa neither the EEA family permit yet.
Can we apply for this when we get to the UK?

Cheers
Hicnar
