EEA citizen 19 years old, Non-EEA spouse 22

i am married to an EEA citizen(Polish), she will be 19 in Aug 2011.
I am 22! We both have been married since Feb 2011 and been together for more than a year. Does the age restriction matters? should she be 21 years old? When the voting age is 18 and for someone to be an adult should be at least 18. I believe the 21 years clause is rubbish!

So i will have to wait two more years before applying on the EEA2 form? but my visa is expiring on the 31.12.11 and I dont want to renew on a student basis!! does it apply only for british couples and not for other EEA countries people? because i am looking throughout the website of UKBA but find this restriction for EEA citizens who are exercising a Treaty rights.
Please do help me out!

There is no 21-year age restriction for spouses under EEA regulations. What is your Polish wife doing in the UK? What's her status?

She is registered as self-employed in the UK. But she is still 18 and we received letter from the HMRC and a bit confused how to proceed with the application form!?

Vinny has confirmed to you that there is no age restriction for EEA spouses.

You may apply for a Residence Card using EEA2. Your wife should supply evidence that she is self-employed (registered correctly with HMRC, contracts/invoices, bank statements etc.) to go with the application.

I just had a look at the EEA2 form, under section 'our EEA family member- Self- Employment'', there is a list of documents which needs to be provided!
Do I actually need to supply all of them or it can be 2 or 3 of them which would be ok?
As we dont have a big business, we use our joint personal account to do the business!
I have my inland revenue self assessment form
and evidence of Tax & National Insurance being paid! That's all we have got!

Is that enough?
