EEA - Comprehensive Sickness Insurance

Post by mvgopi77 » Fri May 02, 2014 11:21 am

Dear All

I am an EEA national and will be applying for my PR using my EEA3 application. I have went through the notes and read that I require a Comprehensive Sickness Insurance cover if i am student or self-sufficient. I was self sufficient from 2007-2009 and a Student (2009-2013) and currently working on a contract job for 5 months which will end by May 2014 and have to look for a new job later.

Can anyone let me know if they are granted PR without a Comprehensive Sickness Insurance supporting document or else with any alternative supporting document in place of Comprehensive Sickness Insurance for your EEA3 application.

I don't have a Comprehensive Sickness Insurance cover till now and living in UK from 2007 - till date. First 2 years I was self-sufficient and was dependent based on my non-eea spouse (HSMP [2007-2009] and Residence Card [2010-till date]) who is a full time and permanent worker from 2007 - till date.

Any advice or help in this will help me to process my EEA3 application

Thanks
G
