I would like to apply for my EEA(PR) non-EU national and need advise with regards to if I qualify.
2008- EU spouse arrived to the UK to study (however we were not in a relationship). I had a student visa.
2010- Started a durable relationship but we had to live in different cities due to work location.
2011- Moved in together.
2012-Got married and applied for EEA 2 which is valid until 2017
2015-My spouse is applying for his PR and we are wondering if I can apply with him on the basis that my we were in a durable relationship for 2 years before getting married. 1 year living in different cities but we have weekly train tickets to show we visited each other, holiday flight tickets years. Another year we were living together and have bills, house contracts etc.
Has anyone had any success with similar situations?
