Hi,
Im wondering if my Indian wife can join me through this pemit? I am a British National making me part of the EEA
Is this correct or is this too simple?

What does that mean?

I have been to Spain, I also got a nie number to work there. What is needed to exercise treaty rights?

To have been and are still currently living/working/studying or otherwise self-sufficient in another EU State other then ur own for a period of six months.

You need to be employed, studying, self-employed in another eu country for about 6 months. How long were you in Spain for?

Was about six months but no really any paper trail, company pays in cash so they dont have to pay contributions. Just have my copy of my NIE
