Hi guys, i m new here and apologise as i understsnd that this question has been asked many times. But i need urgent advice as I am currently completing the online application for my mother for an EEA FP and just wanted to check a few things.
I have been married to an EEA national who is excersing treaty rights and I am also employed on a full time basis on a EEA residence permit. I have been looking after my mother i.e sending money to her since 2012, she is 63 years old and has retired but only gets $70 per month on her pension which is not enough to sustain her hence me looking after her. She is a non-EEA.
I ve been sending regular money for the last 3 years to pay all her bills and food etc and have western union receipts to prove that. She has been living alone and there is nobody to help her as my brother left for another country and does not financially support her and has literally cut ties with her.
I have gathered the following evidence thus far:
Regular MONTHLY western union receipts.
6 month bank statements both mine and my husband.
My birth certificate
Marriage certificated
My son birth certificate
Tenancy agreement
p60 both mine and my husband
payslips both mine and my husbands
employment contracts both mine and my husbands
1) My concern is that my brother is in South Africa but he is jobless and refuses to help our mother and has even cut ties with her. My mother also has brothers and sisters as well but they all have their own families and responsibilities and cant take my mother in (will this have a negative impact on my application). It is also proving to be a challenge to try and run two households, here and back home. We would also like my mother to come over so that she can help with looking after our son as the childcare costs are really high and if we don't have anyone to help with childcare it would mean one of us will need to stop work and look after my son. My question is how can i prove as all this? Do i need to mention the whole situation on the covering letter, is this enough.
She really needs my support now as nobody will help her. pls help
