EEA Family permit: mailing question

I have a question regarding VAF5 application. Do I need to provide British consulate with a prepaid registered envelope in order for them to send me my passport in registered mail? Thanks.

Depends on where you are.

Not 100% sure for all locations. Many require one to collect at the same place one made the application.
