EEA Family Permit

Hi

I am from Turkey and my wife is from Slovakia. We are living in Slovakia now. We want to go to England to live nd work together. She does not need any permit but I learned that I have to apply for EEA Family Permit.

1-) Can you tell me what I have to do for EEA Family Permit, which documents I need

2-) Is it possible to apply for EEA Family Permit if my wife is not in the UK yet,do my wife need to be in England....

If someone can help me, I will be happy
