Are you a EU citizen, and are you applying for your wife and kinds, who are non-Eu? is that correct.
Also, what is the reason you are applying? For them to gain entry in the UK, or for them to continue their residence in the UK? Depending on the answer you need to apply for different things.
And last but not least, have you been in the UK for a while, have you Settled or Pre-Settled Status in the UK, or are you just arriving, and have not registered in any way? The correct route to take will be different depending on your circumstances.
