EEA family residence question

Post by tutu75 » Fri Jan 17, 2014 1:05 pm

Dear All,

We are about to re-start the application process of my wife residence card. When I did it, it was free. But now you have to pay.

It is not clear to me from the EEA2 application form if I have to pay also for a residence card. In the application says Single applicant - no family member £55. Who is the single applicant? We do not have dependants.

So the question is if I have to pay also £55 for me (italian) for a residence card.

Can you clarify this?

Thanks

The fee is per each person applying. If you are not applying on EEA1, then you don't have to pay.

Thanks for your answer. So basically I need to fill EEA2 and pay just £55 for my wife.

She (the non EEA) needs to apply using EEA2. Not you.
