EEA FP from Warsaw 24 Days No reply at all.

My friend applied for EEA FP with all the necessary docs on 20th of April in Warsaw Poland. its been 24 days since then and no reply at all. He emailed them as well and they said it is under further queries, but his employer or any other never had any queries from them. What is that he can do now apart from waiting.?

How did he apply in poland ? can you please explain a little bit more....

like EEA National nationality ?

How applied in Poland.
