Hi guys,

Quick question if anybody could help me with please?

Section 9 of the new EEA PR, you need to detail your activity for the 5 years you been living in the UK...so my first employment here was from

-21.10.2009 till 01.01.2014 so in the form I tick WORKING

my second and current employment from

-13.01.2014 till present again WORKING

I have a gap (from 02.01.2014 till 12.01.2014) which i was not officially employed by anybody, I was not a jobseeker either because I had already signed the contract with my new employer before leaving my first job.

So shall I need to mention that 12 days gap at all? Or can i just put WORKING from 21.10.2009 till PRESENT even though it is with two different employers and a gap of 12 days between one job and the other? Or what option would you put those 12 days gap under???

Given that the gap is incredibly tiny and that you had already signed a contract with another company, I would not mention it at all.
