Hi All,
Firstly with all your help I have mange to secure citizenship for myself and now doing application for my wife who is an eea national.
Sorry if this has been already asked before or if it is available somewhere else in the forum that would be really helpful.
Docs list which I can think off but not sure about others.
1. Passport - Never got stamped due to eea free movement rules regulations. Do I still need to scan / upload empty pages or front page is enough ??
2. Life in the UK Cert.
3. Proof of living in UK - in my case as a non eea national current Passport was enough but i guess that won’t be enough for her. Can I use P60 and council tax bill to prove this or I need something else as well.
4. Two Referees -
5. Proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions / Evidence of ILR (letter/BRP) - No BRP was issued under settled status so I guess letter would be enough ??
6. Two referee declarations (hard copy).
7. English test - LanguageCert International ESOL SELT B1
(Speaking & Listening)
Am I missing anything else ??
Thanks everyone in advance.

Is she applying on the basis of being married to a British Citizen now? i.e you? Your Naturalisation Certificate/British Passport copy and marriage certificate will be required then
Thanks everyone in advance.

Make sure she fulfils the 3 years residence requirements (not 5 years) including the physical presence in UK at the start of the 3 years when she applies.
