EEA NON-EU Family Member

Hello All,

I am asking this question on behalf of one of my friend.

My friend is an EEA National and he has EU Settled status. His brother also came to UK (8 years ago) but he has no immigration status. My EEA friend wants to apply for EU Family Permit for his brother before June 2021 deadline, but there is no application which supports applications for Extended Family members already living in the UK. You have to the outside UK for the biometric.

We called EU Settlement scheme guys and they said he needs to apply for a paper application.

Can someone please suggest what paper application we would be applying, also this non-EU brother is dependent on EEA brother.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The deadline for non-EEA Extended Family Members to apply was 31st December 2020.

Only spouses, children and dependent parents/grandparents can apply now, till 30th June 2021.
