EEA PARTNER

Hello! 2 weeks ago i send an application for COA, i just resived a letter from the HO asking for additional proof about my relationship with my EEA partner. We've been together for 3 years and have a 2 year old son. She has her resident card and working full time. I'm going to send them load of proof: bills, pictures etc...just wondering if i have a chance and if yes how long is it going to take? im overstayed.

Man u just have to sent them lot's of prove as you can . I have a friend as well who got marraige to a EEA national and got 5 years but now he want to get devorce and marraige again but he does not know if the will approve it or not ? What is ur status to uk?
