EEA (PR) Questions from a non EEA Section 9

Hi there, I am completing the EEA PR form as a non EEA.
In section 9, which is about "Details of the relevant EEA national's activity. I was wondering if I should complete from the date my husband entered the Uk, or from the date we married?
