I have been on a business trip; got home last night and had my DCPR waiting for me. Issued on July 1st, however delivered on Mon July 18th.
EEA (non A8) "crystal clear" case (same employment, same address, etc. in the qualifying period): 91/92 days if counting from sending application to DCPR issue date, 109/110 days total if counting up to Monday.
I never requested the passport/documents back.
Good luck to everybody!

Just out of curiosity... Did you send documents for the 15 years?

I had 10 years worth of documents but only sent the last 6 as the file was getting too big for posting!

Hi Treski,

I looked at your timeline and noticed you didn't include Biometrics? Did you not had to? or just didnt listed? Does everyone have to submit biometrics?
Many Thanks

I think only non-EEA have to submit biometrics for PR.

What I do not know is whether this is because they have drawn the line on EEA/non-EEA or because the biometrics in EEA passports and ID cards (when applicable) are accepted.

In any case, for what I know, EEAs only need biometrics if applying for naturalisation.

Open to correction/clarification if this is not right.

Very sorry to butt in, but I'm getting a bit nervous about my application. I'm an EU citizen and here is my timeline:

Application sent: 10/3/2016
Money taken: 14/3/2016
Confirmation e-mail received: 06/4/2016

And I've heard nothing since, so I am a bit worried that most people here have gotten theirs back in 3 months...
Has anyone else experienced longer wait? If I get in touch with the home office, are they allowed to give me any information on my case, or do I have to wait here in agony until the 6th month mark? Thank you for your help!
I'm in the same situation, yvonnew (see my signature). We have no other option but wait. Hopefully the answer will come soon, but don't try not to stress yourself about it.

I managed to convince myself I will get the document (or a refusal) after 6 months so I'm not really waiting for it anymore, although they still haven't returned a document I requested a while ago. Still waiting for that one. :x

Hello salmintin and yvonnew any news about the applications ?

I send docs from 2008-till 2016. I did explain and gave them a bit of details of my employment pre 2008 but no docs.
I'm hoping to get PR in 2 weeks or so, the waiting is stressful :|

Exactly the same here, explained employment history since early 2006 but only sent supporting documents from early 2010. And even cutting these 4 years off the file was huge!

Thanks, Bumble.
I couldn't believe it when I noticed the Royal Mail tracker was showing the 'It's on its way'... I wanted to check it immediately but didn't want my (Brit) bf to open the envelope, wanted all the glory for me. In the end, Mon night, very late, I asked him to open it and report back to me.
Didn't post earlier because I quite did not believe it was for real, after such a long time. I wanted to see it by myself, hahaha.
I was pretty desperate, as a friend of mine had applied in January (virtually same scenario, from my home country, 7+ years with same employer, just two addresses in 10+ years, etc.) and got hers in something like 7/8 weeks. I will ask her and if she remembers the dates, will post them.

Good luck everyone!

In one of the other threads here, somebody has posted their timeline and it was a May application and they got their DCPR few days ago. (I can't find the post but it was definitely a May application.) It has given me a hope the wait might be soon over. Just praying for an efficient caseworker :)

Hi all
Just came back from holiday and my partner's PR document was waiting for us. Her timeline:

Received: 30/03/2016
Payment taken: 07/04/2016
Confirmation email: 06/05/2016
PR dated: 04/07/2016
PR received: 15/07/2016

EEA national straightforward case just like mine but hers took an additional 3 weeks to process!

Good luck to all those still waiting. Hope it comes soon!!

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question, has anyone had (or has heard of) any bad experiences with HO because of being self-sufficient?

Hi guys,

Just thought I'd join the forum to post my timeline as I have found the information on here very helpful.

Quick background
My husband is an EEA national and I'm non-EEA. I applied and was issued an EEA2 permit as an unmarried partner just under 3 years ago (due to expire in 2018). We got married last year and I finally changed the name on my passport to my married name early this year. At that point I decided to apply for a change in the name on my EEA2 resident permit with the EEA FM form (called the Home Office and apparently that's how the name change is done - basically a fresh application. **Interestingly it seems I've been given my PR instead

Anyway my husband decided to apply for his DCPR at the same time because of the whole Brexit matter. Here's our timeline.

EEA PR and EEA FM sent 30/03/16
Received 31/03/16
Money taken 06/04/16
Email confirmation to (EEA) 26/04/16
Biometrics letter dated (Non-EEA) 25/04/16
Biometrics letter received (Non-EEA) 28/04/16
Biometrics submitted (Non-EEA) 28/04/2016
COA dated (Non-EEA) 10/05/2016
COA received (Non-EEA) 12/05/2016
Postman attempted delivery 22/07/2016
DCPR dated (EEA) 18/07/2016
DCPR received (EEA) 23/07/2016
Letter confirming PR to Non-EEA national dated 18/07/2016
PR Biometrics card for Non-EEA should be received within ten days from date on letter so that's 28/07/2016 ? **

I'll let y'all know when I receive it.
