The consignment number for me was 9 digit number with no letter included which didn't work anyway on TNT's tracking system. By the way, as I mentioned on the other topic, we received 3 RCs and all were pushed through the letter box. No delivery email, no delivery guy at the door, no "we missed you" note, no nothing. Weird
I am still waiting ,,,,, my delivery
How did you receive consignment number?
Did TNT contact you by sms or email before delivery?
I have only reference number application from home office ..
I called APAD to get consignment number however it didn't work on TNT's website. Additionally, I didn't receive any email/sms from TNT before delivery.
What’s APAD number
I have received card without message email from tnt or sms and the website tnt didn’t work unavailable for tracking , I have tried all time tracking so no result

Now my problem is, the TNT consignment number is not accepted by the tracking webpage. There can be many reasons why, but if anyone here could confirm what the format is, that would help me a lot in deciphering where the mistake is.

My consignment number is a 16-alphanumeric one (all digits but for a capital D randomly in the middle which I suspect is just a zero, but still doesn't work). I have read it is usually 9 digits, 13 alphanumeric or "other less common formats".

Any first hand experience greatly appreciated. Need to reschedule this delivery and have a friend wait at home a whole day for this, also, would they need one of my IDs??? Thanks.
Called TNT at 8:00 AM sharp today and got an agent to take my call within a few seconds. After confirming my postcode and full name, she let me know my correct 9-digit consignment number, which was part of the 16 digit the delivery guy wrote on the "We missed you" card I got, which really gave me no way to know which segment was relevant (in case someone is going through the same brain teaser, the important 9 digits were not the first 9 nor the last 9, but 9 digits in the middle, 3 digits from the end, something like XXXX*********XXX where the * were the relevant part!!! Why on earth???).

Anyway, after checking this did work, I was able to reschedule my delivery... for November! I do hope this works, the system let me do it after all. Will report back when this is all over.

Thanks all.

8 weeks after biometrics submitted
EU settled status granted in August 2020.
Change brc application in June 2021.
Biometrics submitted 15th July 2021
Confirmation card issued email10th Sept 2021. It's in junk email! :D

Good luck to everyone!
Hi Nina Roche, can you plz tell what was expiry date on your old BR card? some ppl says they are processing application by old BRC expiry dates. because I submitted finger prints on 23 July just a week after you but my old card expire in 2024. waiting for email desperately bcoz going for holidays in October. thanks
It seems random. Some people with unexpired BRC also received their card in 2 months. My BRC expired 31st Jan 2020. I did not make applicaton for new card until end of June though. You could receive it soon!

I understand you can get TNT consignment number by:

a) Missing a delivery and receiving a "We missed you" card
b) Text message on delivery day
c) Calling TNT in advance of first delivery (dedicated line for Home Office deliveries is 345 608 0630, I recommend you call at 8:00 AM sharp otherwise you'll have a bit of a wait before your call is taken).

Personally, I would not worry about this unless you miss a delivery. Why over worry and call before anything has gone wrong? (If at all you think missing a delivery is "wrong". It isn't). You might just happen to be home when they come, in which case consignment number is a non-issue. Only if this doesn't happen, and you do miss a delivery, you'll have a card with consignment number, which in theory allows you to reschedule online at https://delivery.tnt.com/tracking. Only if that doesn't work and you can't figure out your consignment number from the information on the "We missed you" card, as it happened to me, then yes, call TNT and inquiry for the correct number.

You can call and reschedule, but as per their website, a change of address needs approval from Home Office. It can be done, but you need to justify and proof the other address is also your official address (e.g. a work address, rather than a friend's or neighbour's). Maybe not worth the effort.

As I explained earlier, I rescheduled the delivery for November, simply because that's when I'll be back home. The page did let me to book it that late (it allowed me to select a date until March 2022). I suppose we'll see if that works come the time.

Useful to read the UKVi website.

https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... rt-problem
If your BRP expires on 31 December 2024
You do not need to tell UKVI if your BRP expires on 31 December 2024 but you have leave to stay longer.

UKVI will update their information on how to update your BRP in early 2024. You do not need to do anything and your immigration status will not be affected.

My partner just had her new EUSS BRC confirmed. Her EEA BRC expired on June 30th. Biometrics were taken on the 27th of July. So took exactly 8 weeks.

Good luck everyone!

Good afternoon,

I hope that everyone is doing well.

I would like to ask if there is any update on waiting time for online document update process?

Now, it has been more than 3 weeks since I've submitted my request for document update and nothing happened...

I will need to travel in October (mid. October) so is there any hope by that time I'll have any feedback on my request?
If I do not receive anything until that time, will I have any issues at the UK border when I arrive back in England?

Thank you in advance :)

I'm going to wild guess that TNT didn't tell you to call the Home Office, but rather to call the TNT dedicated line for Home Office deliveries. That's very different.

If you got an APAD notification of a TNT delivery, then TNT has a consignment number of your parcel, which you can use to track and reschedule the delivery at . https://delivery.tnt.com/tracking. You can call the dedicated line on 345 608 0630 to ask what the consignment number is (best to do this at 8:00 AM sharp, or you'll wait long on the line). They'll as for your mobile number, post code, and full name to verify your identity.

Don't waste your time calling or emailing the Home Office directly, you won't get a reply.

Same situation as you are. I travel end of October and applied for the update Tuesday after the bank holiday in August.

I have asked another forum and even their lawyers couldn’t answer but they are having a meeting with HO today and one of the questions they will ask is about the updating timeframe and whether to use the new card details or the old details. I am just hoping and praying mine would update by the time I travel or at least when I am coming back as o know that’s when there may be an issue with the border agents. Either cards should be fine but I just worry about the unnecessary questions and delay as some border agents are clueless.

I will feedback on here and in my original post on here about the update I get from the other forum. Am sure many would be in limbo like we are due to the gap.

An explanation would be if APAD sent the card, but TNT doesn't yet have it yet. Definitely more than average delay, but still possible. In line with the fact that you haven't received an SMS or missed a delivery yet (No "We missed you card" yet, I assume?). Wait a few days and see what happens?

I'm in a somewhat similar situation in the sense that I have an old EEA RC which I have replaced for a EUSS card that is with TNT, and I'm abroad, so I won't have my new EUSS card for when I'll enter the UK and face border control. I haven't had issues boarding planes since my old EEA RC is still good and accepted by both airlines and border controls abroad (not UK).

Haven't updated the details, so my old EEA RC is still the one attached to the status, but wondering what would happen at the UK border. Is my old EEA RC still god to enter? Would electronic status be enough? Impossible to find an answer online; I will know when I try this first-hand. I am armed with my civil partnership certificate, which should be good to give me at least 6-months entry in the worst case scenario.

In any case, I just noticed that the eurostar website advises to generate a sharecode to show at the border. Maybe this will do if all else fails? Eurostar are not an immigration authority so I take that advice with a pinch of salt, nonetheless, it costs nothing to try, so I will also prepare a sharecode to show to the border officer, in case that is also an option.

It is the 7th working day since APAD email of card delievery.
Thinking about checking. APAD did not mention carrier. Do all cards delivered by TNT?
The email has a reference number. Does that have anything to do with tracking? :?:

It won’t work straightaway or maybe never so don’t rely on that. Call them direct to check status. This is because until the have possession of the card (and it seems sometimes until day of delivery), they don’t enter into their systems. Weird but true. So sometimes on the days tracking shows, they are delivering or delivered it. Weird but true
Did you call straight away APAD ?
can you leave the phone number please I want to try to call is been to months from email I didn't get any email back .
Thank you
