Duration of process/decision for EUSS family permit

Hi guys,
As im an european national , my wife has applied for the EUSS family permit on 09th of march from Nepal
So normally how long does it take to get the decision?
Is there anywhere i can contact to request for the urgent process (to push up the application)?
