Congrats @Sajid.

Well I have been in contact with Sajid continuously. I am very pleased for him.

@White_Pearl

My sincere apologies for late reply yes I got appointment for my family for Lahore for 20th December it's a paid one.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this world of visa system needs patience alot alot alot of patience so sit tight. Progress will come positive i am very hopeful always.

You can ask Sajid the way I pushed him and motivate him to take a step.

Anything I can do please let me know.
{ I'm not a solicitor, legal professional or immigration advisor, all of my posts are based on my online search and my own PR, ILR (LR), 2 FTT and 2 UTT refused but finally after 3 years of long battle I got my SETTLED STATUS. }

Dont worry sis...
Will be fine soon.
Ask them for escalation to the VFS office?

Maybe others here can guide you better than me in these regards....

Thank you brother
I have got a below reply in relation to my query.
Does it mean it’s been refused???

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, I can confirm that we have made a decision on your application.

We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone.

However the visa application centre will be in contact with you in regards to collection or delivery of your passport.

We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents.

Regards,
Naimo

Hi Saima

It does not mean it’s refused. It’s just to inform you that a decision is made. They havent disclosed the outcome of the decision.
They just dont want u to buy a ticket until you have your passports back and approved visa’s.

They want you to wait until you will get contactes by VFs to collect your traveldocuments.

Can you share your complete timeline please?

Hi all
I have got the decision of my brother in law EEA family permits they have refused it

Reasons for Refusal
On 31 October 2020 you made an application for an EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) Family Permit under Appendix EU(Family Permit) to the Immigration Rules on the basis you are a 'family member of a relevant EEA citizen'.
I have considered whether you meet the validity, eligibility and suitability requirements for an EUSS Family Permit, which are set out in Appendix EU (Family Permit) to the Immigration Rules (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... eu-family- permit). You can also find out more about the requirements in the guidance on GOV.UK (https://www.gov.uk/family-permit/eu-set ... ily-permit).
• Your application has been refused because you have not provided sufficient evidence to prove that you are a 'family member' - (a spouse; civil partner; child, grandchild, great-grandchild under 21; dependent child, grandchild, great-grandchild over 21; or dependent parent, grandparent, great-grandparent)- of a relevant EEA or Swiss citizen or of their spouse or civil partner as claimed.
• As your relationship to the sponsor does not come within the definition of 'family member of a relevant EEA citizen' as stated in Appendix EU (Family Permit) to the Immigration Rules, you do not meet the eligibility requirements.
• Your application is refused

I really need your advice on it plz

Hi
Surprisingly I haven’t received nothing yet for my parents in law ...although I had submitted three application same day

In support of my brother in law application I had submitted family registration certificates...the reason they have given to refuse it that brother is not fall in a family member
So I am bit confused according to their letter a brother an sisters can not be a family member of EEA national

Can any one suggest me any solution

Marriage docs. (Where r u married?) if pakistan, the. Nikah nama+ Nadra cert. +
Then your brother in laws birth cert. + FRC (but if birth cert is only registered recently, then you would need a DNA as a late registered birth cert is not considered valid proof of relation.

Appeal chances are good, as they only
Mentioned proof of relation as refused. (I have just seen a refusal based on this, late reg cert ( i will try tomorrow to update refusal letter, might help you.

You can cover this refusal reason easily with birth cert + DNA report. DNA report is only accepted by a UK recognised lab.

((Can other members also comment on the above, and correct me if im wrong, please.))
