Now it is my turn to post TIMELINE. Application for EEA2 Residence card married to EU qualified person.
I was on TIER 4 visa which expired 15th of August.

Application posted 13th August
Application received 14th August
Payment Taken 15th Agust
acknowledgement email 21st of August
Biometric letter received 23rd (dated 21)
Biometric done 23rd
COA not received within 21 days after biometric so 19th of September I requested COA via email

COA received 27th of September (dated 23rd of September)
Documents received 18th of October

I missed my delivery of RC on 19th of October, so delivery rescheduled for 22nd of October.

Good Luck to Everyone. Overall from the beginning to the end of process 67 Days.

Its been 29 days from start to finish, the wait times have been steadily coming down but I also think its about collating as much quality documentation and a good cover letter... the forum has been a great source of information.
