Hi Everyone,
My appeal was allowed and decisions were promulgated on the 27th of June, 2017.

I'm yet to hear anything from the Home Office. Haven't even got a letter from them.

Your appeal was allowed from where FFT or Upper tribunal? Or in which case

FTT, HO claimed MoC. I had sufficient evidence to prove that they were wrong. Their allocated time to file an appeal against FTT decision has now passed.

I'm a non-EU citizen, I met my current wife (she's European) in London and decided to get married after about on year. After we got married, we hired a solicitor to help us with our EEA application.

We sent everything, ie marriage certificate, proof of address, passports etc in June 2015, after 6 months we got a refusal letter because our marriage was considered a sham marriage. they didn't even invite us for an interview and come to check if we were actually living together. "Apparently" we just didn't know each other enough before getting married. Is there a 'legal' length of time before two people who are in love can get married?

We appealed to FTT, appeal was granted but it took us 8 months just to get a court date, and we had to wait 5 more months to go to court, which bring us to January 2017. We went to court, we were both asked a few questions by the HO solicitor (my wife had to leave the room while they were conducting the interview with myself) and it was obvious to the judge that we were in a genuine relationship as our answers were "consistent".

We got the judge decision letter after just 4 working days from the court date. After a week, HO sent a letter to our solicitors saying that the residence card was going to be sent asap. We received it after a few days, together with all the original documents that we had submitted in the past.

We're so, so, so happy now but it did take such a long time but you just need to stay strong and be patient.

Refused:12 August 17
Lodged appeal:28 august 17
Got oral hearing date:24 nov 17
In the court Home Office Presenting Officer said he going to withdraw the appeal he confirmed from HRMC about my wife( eea citizen )that she is employed since 5 months and when they visit home they found us together as well so he going to withdraw.
I was just wondering how long it takes to get decision or card .anyone had same experience when home Office withdraw original decision same day in the court before hearing?

Long story short i had appeal on 23 feb 2019 on my eea fm application refusal. HO said its marriage of convenience
I provided everything before hearing.
On hearing day HO didn't send anyone. Judge said there was nothing in my refusals only baseless allegations. I had only immigration history bad because i had applied so many applications. Judge didn't ask me even a single question only my barrister asked me n my wife n my witnesses few questions.
I am just worried is there anything to worried or not because judge said he gonna send me in couple of days and i still didn't receive anything from court

Hi everyone,

I applied as an extended family member of EEA national in 2016. I got refused and couldn't get appeal right due to Sala. My second application got refusal in 2017.My 3rd application lost by home office as they sent it on wrong address refused due to payment which we come to know after several inquires to home office that it has been sent and we were unaware about this fact for months. Now home office just apologized and sent a letter that you can make a new passport. My solicitor told me that we can appeal about our first refusal because of new development. We appealed in first tier tribunal on Jan 2019 and court send us payment letter on end of feb. My question is that If court has asked about fee does it mean my appeal is accepted? If they have accepted how long will it take to get hearing date? Thanks

Do we know how long you have to wait for a court date these days for appeals? Is it around 6 month?

Receive payment letter after 2 days
Send payment same day
After 2 weeks i received a court hearing date for feb 2019
Just wait sometimes date confirmation comes late

In appeal bundle they implemented EEA 2016 regulations. My application was considered and refused on EEA 2006 regulations when I applied in 2016. Can they apply new laws to decision which was made under 2006 regulations. Please help

I had my appeal. But judge adjourned it as interpreter was not arranged by court despite being informed by my solicitor and barrister in hearing day. This is really frustrating when you have to suffer due to someone else mistake. Judge simply said sorry about it.
