Hi voxnihili

Great! I will update the timeline tomorrow including this. Please also note that you have two separate case IDs, one for your husband one for you, likely consecutive numbers. At least that's how it was for us.
Hi Kamoe,

Thank you! I guess my case ID is going to be in the bio letter, then.

Cheers!
Yes, it will!

Hi all moderator's
I have sent eea2 efm application on 1st July . It's been over 3 months .
I have sent 3 years cohabitation proofs.
With the application I have attached 3 months bank statement and wages slips as well .

Now my question is
1. If i want to send 3 months more wages slips and bank statement , which address shall I send to. ???

2. If I send new additional documents will it be helpful or shall not send it.?
Thanks

Hi Yasf, could you please clarify what you mean by "EEA(FM)+EEA for ROR"? I can't understand why one spouse would apply for EEA(FM) and the other (who is presumably EEA) would apply for ROR. As I understand it, ROR is for non-EEA's who were married to an EEA and got divorced or if the EEA spouse died. Thanks.

If you have sent all the required documents, you don't really need to send anything else.

You can send when u will get questionnaire ;)

I guess u will get interview questionnaire and that time u have to send latest documents so keep it for later

Good luck

My friends here, there is a small "photo incident". Now I'm not sure what I should do?

I've recently requested passports back both for myself and my husband (I have ongoing joint application EEA FM&QP), I received them this morning but surprisingly found out one of my husband passport photo inside my husband passport came back too.

Now I'm AFRAID his photo is mistakenly slipped inside his passport when they were sent back.
Is it? What should I do?

One possibility my husband suggested is they don't need this one. But I sent them as many as requested. How many passport photos have you sent? I've sent 2 for myself, 3 for him (as I need 1 for my sponsor, he needs 2 for his application)

Not everyone gets questionnaire. I understand this is only if the HO feel they need additional information. If your application is straightforward, this will not be the case.

Hi soul101

What is the reason of refusal of your application??
We send the refusal letter to our lawyer and she said it is ridiculous that they have not written the reason for rejection of our application
hello Nora
1, the case worker said l submitted the questionnaire late with no reason , which was untrue , l have the post office evident of submitting before the deadline

2 . case worker said they called my husband employer and got a mail box and the business did not have a good online present ,
3, that we don't have a enough prove of our relationship, we submitted, utility bill , bank statement , pic , etc
and he said l applied when my visa was about to finish

my solicitor said it loads of bollocks , that a survey was carried on this year that half of small - medium don't have online present , and that from the letter it was the same day he called the business that he made the judgement , that he did not do a proper check , about the business from necessary authority
about the late submission , he said there is evident for that , and the case worker should have checked the day the letter was logged in , that all letters received at the home office is always logged in ,
relationship is easy , we should get more proof and we be going for the appeal with our friends neighbor family as weakness
am trusting GOD for this , my solicitor says we have a strong case

Hello everyone,

Sorry to hear about the latest issues everyone are having. Wish I had advice but I'm quiet a newbie on these procedures etc...although I hope things work out as needed for all of you having issues.

Quick update on my request for passports. Its been more than 14 working days and no news of it. I submitted the on line form for return of documents that haven't been received within 10 working days. I'm really hoping I don''t get a problem letter instead.

Guys, don't worry, I just got a call from my man at the Home Office, he sent me a picture of the main caseworker there, take a look, she just approved a whole bunch of cases and she is ready to send them out, she is doing some final checking and entering data in the computer. She is very busy, too. Just a little more patience please.

Funny how when you google images - caseworker that's the first pic that comes up related to a caseworker in the US. Please don't post spam on this site and give people false hope... we are all very stressed with this and need truthful information. Thanks!

This was a joke, mate, not spam. I also posted the actual printing press they use to print stuff a couple pages ago, that one was for real, not a joke, seriously, don't try to google that one.

Hello.
I already sent the biometrics, since october 7th. Should I withdraw the application anyway?
Im so confused! :(

LaliVallejo wrote:Hi all. I hope you're well.

Im colombian and my husband is Austrian. We got married the 21th ofAugust and sent the application for a EEA2 RC the 24th of August.

I made the big mistake of sending copies of our marriage certificate and the bank statements and payslips of my husband. Just copies, no originals.

Then I received a COA letter with date 02 september that states:
"at this stage we are unable to confirm your right to work in the UK. This will depend on the outcome of the application. This is because you have not provide original documentation for all oh the following:
*Evidence of relationship with your EEA national sponsor;
*Sufficient evidence of your sponsor exercising treaty rights.
We will not revisit the terms of your COA during the consideration of your case. This means we will not confirm your right to work until your application is decided. this include the period of time during which you exercise any rights to appeal should your application be refused and is irrespective of any documentation you may provide during the consideration stage"

In the same letter I received the indications for the biometrics and I sent them on September 07.

What should I do? I haven't heard from the HO since that letter. Should we send the original documents?
Anyone knows of a similar case?
PLEASE HELP!

Hi,
I was in similar situation with your and got exactly same CoA with no right to work and will no revisit my case.
Dont send them original documents, if i seen your post earlier i could as well advice you not to give bio metrics. So simply withdraw your application online via Gov.Uk, you will receive your whole application and documents you sent them within 10 days and then reapply and make sure you correct the previous mistake, then you will get right to work and you will get your previous application fee back (65 pounds).

We send back the first questionnarie 22.09. Do I have to return the second one now, we have already got refusal.
Nora, have you sent them any letters for reconsideration (with you UK marriage certificate) or pre-action protocol letter? Or, have you decided not to do it? If not, what are you planning to do, lodge an appeal? I don't think this second questionnaire matters at this point.
Hi opxa
We have decided to appeal and send letter for reconsideration, what do you mean with pre-action protocol letter? You have talked about sending an e-mail, what are the e-mail adress we can send a letter to HO?
Hi Nora, the best thing is to appeal don't do any thing als if need more about I can give you best way to sort it out...

1, the case worker said l submitted the questionnaire late with no reason , which was untrue , l have the post office evident of submitting before the deadline

2 . case worker said they called my husband employer and got a mail box and the business did not have a good online present ,
3, that we don't have a enough prove of our relationship, we submitted, utility bill , bank statement , pic , etc
and he said l applied when my visa was about to finish

my solicitor said it loads of bollocks , that a survey was carried on this year that half of small - medium don't have online present , and that from the letter it was the same day he called the business that he made the judgement , that he did not do a proper check , about the business from necessary authority
about the late submission , he said there is evident for that , and the case worker should have checked the day the letter was logged in , that all letters received at the home office is always logged in ,
relationship is easy , we should get more proof and we be going for the appeal with our friends neighbor family as weakness
am trusting GOD for this , my solicitor says we have a strong case[/quote]

Its said: Failure to complete both questionnaires within the timescale set out in this letter could result in the refusal of your application.

Why not? I think she should do everything, not just an appeal. Hit them hard, Nora, from all sides!!!

I already sent the biometrics, since october 7th. Should I withdraw the application anyway?
Im so confused! :(

Last time i checked october 7th is today :D , am sorry about the situation but you dont need to confused or stressed out just need to take action as fast as you can, YES, you can still withdraw your application but as you already gave biometrics, i doubt you will get you application fee back. Actually if you want to work during the consideration of application (COA right to work) then you need to withdraw and reapply but if you don want to work, then maybe you can call them to know if you can send additional docs without withdrawing application. The ball is on your court dear, I wish all the best and God bless.

*Evidence of relationship with your EEA national sponsor;
