Great news, the missed delivery was the original documents and letter stating the RC is on its way.

Applied 4th July.

We are over the moon.

I have updated the list myself here.
Hi congratulations to all who received RC.
From the top list Fazalkhan, adnan and esaky hav forgot by home office
Yeah I was just thinking how there seems to be no sequence at the HO about how to systematically process applications... GAAAAHHHHH it feels like such a mistake now to have applied for this. No id no passport for almost 6 months is a joke :(

Hi how are you?

I sent my application on the 14th of August and haven't heard from the HO since. Well I don't expect to have any reply this month, but I have a ticket to go to my country on the 26th of Dec. Well, I don't want to lose it, what I want to know is... if I request my passport back, it will delay my application? and if I will have problems to reenter in UK when I come back? I have a residence card from Ireland where I used to live previously with my partner. I may call to HO!

Please call HO! I did that, risking a lot! I am really scaried to recommend to be honest. They say it will not delay your application, and many people request. But HO is a RESIDENCE OF AMBIVALENCE. :D :D In other words I am not sure they now the rules themselves, you are most likely to hear contradicting arguments from different people. About reentering, you may have problems. So again please call and chat with the consultants

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum. Today I just received my COA, but it shows that my application lack of my husband exercise treaty right. Then I figured out I forgot to send his pay slips. Can I send to the home office of the pay slips? Is there a chance for me to still get the residence card? Oh, i am so scared. Thank you so much!
Hey there, I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM! I did send them though, called Home Office and they told me to send it to my case officer. They received it (post tracking) but neverr ackwoledged them, so we are still hanging in the air. It is our five months this month i will let you know how it is going.

Hi,analucidi. Thank you so much for replying me. I will call the home office tomorrow. I will wait for your good answer! God bless us!

Hello analucidi. Can I ask that have you received another COA with right of work after you sent pay slips? Thanks again!

I called there and they said that would not be a problem to request the passport and it would not delay the application... but on the way back on the airport it could be a problem, so you may have to apply for a residence card free of charge to reenter in UK, see on this link: https://www.gov.uk/apply-uk-visa

Yes, but... be aware you can just apply from outside UK for this visa to reenter, and make sure you bring with you the Certificate of Application with your ID number case. As I have an Irish citizenship, I will make my connection in Dublin, because flights to UK from Ireland don't need to go through immigration.

I should say really, we have been so over the moon since receiving the letter confirming an RC is on the way, thank you to everyone on this forum.

I have been lurking on here for years, from when I lived in China, through our SS journey through Spain and then back to the UK. The advice on here is outstanding and we never had to pay a penny to any "expert" it was all done ourselves.

I'll still lurk around and post offering advice when I think I can help. For some reason now I have started thinking about my wife's PR application in 5 years time already (actually is 5 years calculated from entry to the UK or issuing date of the RC?), in Spain the date on the card is worked out from the date you applied for it.
