hi

are you 100% sure please?
is it on the right (NEXT to residence documentation) "06..."

i thought it was the one on the left bottom (below the document contains 6 pages) "E01...."
BECAUSE it's written 6 times !

i might get my form wrong and need to correct it then.

Mine is on the top right of the EEA1. Mine starts UKF07.

The bottom of the blue booklet on mine is E0177947. If yours is the same then this is definitely not the number you're looking for.

so that means my registration card is UKF06....

what is the number on the bottom, it starts with E01...39, it's similar to yours "chaoclive" though it's different.

Many thanks

Don't know. Don't think it matters. Just use the one at the top.

eea2 form - does the signature MUST match the passport ?

Post by toto91 » Fri May 15, 2015 5:31 pm

hi

for eea2 form, does the signature MUST match the passport ?
the signature on the passport is "First_name".
now wife has decided to have signature "first_name husband_name".

identification paper is passport.
is that ok to use a different signature like first_name husband_name", or does the signature have to match the passport and application could be rejected if not matched?

eea2 - send photocopie ? how to fillup GUIDE ?

Post by toto91 » Sat May 16, 2015 11:54 am

hi

for the form eea2 for the residence card, it says to send original then it says to send photocopies.
do we need to send a photocopy for everything if we send the original too ?
for a passport, does it need to be a photocopy of all pages or only relevant pages?
does it need to be certified copy?

also is there a GUIDE about HOW TO fillup the eea2 form ?
i couldn't find help or indication.

thanks

Hi,

It might be too late for you but I just saw your question while browsing.

I understand this as: You MUST send originals. BUT also send photocopies of all the originals (or all the documents you send) because they may be too lazy or too cheap to photocopy them for their files.

I also saw a post where one lady was explaining everything she sent for her EEA FP and she stated that she sent all the documents plus photocopies of these documents, papers. Better safe than sorry.

I guess it's not too big of a problem to just photocopy all the documents and proof that you are sending and add that as well. It will be a lot of paper but this really isn't the time to "go green" ;).

Good luck!

Don't cry. Eea2 form is for non-eu national then why EU national will sign it and eea1 form is for EU national where she/he usually sign.

If they still need photocopy necessarily then it definitely mean that they save their stationary and printing cost and they like too much paper in office. In past they used to scann all attached documents without photocopy need. Anyhow on the other hand they helping post offices too to earn extra money by inserting the biometric requirements into all categories. Always in every post office big queue of biometric applicants.

No. It doesn't require the sponsor to sign it .
We all went through the same process. Just don't be worried. It's not gonna affect your application even if you signed it.
