I cant track the parcel as it is second class sign for mail, I did contact royal mail and they told me as second class mail comes with normal post it can not be tracked until it is signed by receiver. Royal Mail also told me as Home Office has many bar codes they can give me a reference number before they actually have posted it.
But again I have sent my own envelope and affixed £14 stamps on it, so i do believe its my letter and tracking number is taken after the mail actually being posted.
Hopefully I will receive the post tomorrow or on Monday---will let u know thanks for well wishes

And was it difficult to talk to them when you called??? I heard the lines are normally busy. To be honest I didn't even know there was a line we could call, as they normally advise us not to call and they say they can't tell anything before 6 months.

I sent my papers few days after yours, I hope I will get it by next week as well.

I believe customer service is to facilitate us and if there is a mistake in my application its my right to know. You may disagree with me but I have made several call to get my COA as caseworker typed wrong address and then after getting my COA I called few times to make sure my address was right.
Today I called to make sure if my address is right and politely asked gentleman if he knows about my decision he told me its being made and is being sent on 26th of this month. Then I asked if he could give me the tacking number and he gladly gave me. I asked about my decision he said he that he did not know but even if he knew he would not tell me. I thanked and that's it, I believe you are right and will get your application soon.
I wish you luck

Yeah you are right, I agree with you, I just didn't know there was actually a customer service line we could call, as on my past applications I was always advised not to call them. But as there is one, you are totally right to do so.

I only asked if it was difficult to talk to them, as I saw today on other forum someone saying it was almost impossible, that they didn't have any success and lines were always busy.

I never experience any such thing today my call was connected within a minute and usually it takes 2 to 4 minutes

Hi mario00, Wish you all the best!!

My EEA4 submitted on the 15/08/2014
received 18/08/2014
payment taken 22/08/2014.
Now the waiting begins.
Can anyone advice how long and what to expect.
I got divorce this month from a local church not in a court although got married in U.K in a Anglican Church.
I submitted for every year since 2009 p60 for 5 years joint bills both gas and elec, water bills some payslips including the divorce certificate from the local church.
My passport, my p60 and tax returns forms
NO EEA National I.D or Passport due to refusal of helping (I am not surprise I will not help either)
I have read some people saying without the I.D I will be refused is that correct?

Hi Stones,

I Strongly don't believe you will be refused on that Ground at all, as you have divorce your EEA ID won't be really necessary, and if required by your casework, they will write to you to provide it in supporting your application.

5years P60 is fine and all the bills included. My case is a similar case, in which I haven't included my EEA ID with my application too.

Still waiting

Hi Everyone!! Today was my lucky day  Just got a call from my solicitor telling me my PR arrived.

My journey wasn't so easy though, I applied end of may with my mom and after one month she got her PR and mine was refused due to lack of proof for residency for the 5 years (which I actually sent for past 6 years)

I decided to make a new application one week later, I think it was around 30th June, Got my COA 14th July, dated 10th July, and TODAY I finally got my PR.

So my advice for everyone, no matter what, never give up on your dreams and keep faith in GOD!! Good luck everyone!! :D

Dear behold,

You will need to state in more details reason why your EEA4 application has been refused. You been married to an EEA Member for 6yrs, wondering why you will have to apply again for another EEA2, Can you confirm you've in lived continuously in the Uk for 5yrs, if you have, you will have to qualify for an EEA4 application PR. And can you confirm the exact reason why your EEA4 application has been refused ?

Your Partner EEA3 PR will qualify her exercising his or her treaty right here in the Uk. However, putting his/ her 5 years P60's if working isn't a crime to support your application.

Regards,

Nico

Dear nico10,

thanks for your your quick reply,

our EEA3 and EEA4 was refused back in april because we didnt not arrange our papers very well,
the case worker said he wasnt satified and should appeal or reaaply with e.g(accountant letter, businnes card, business id card and so on)

we had to go back to her account to request things like accounts letter and so on.

but because i also was getting alot pressure from work,i had to just apply for eea2 again for the meantime.and got it in 2weeks(2months ago)

soo... after getting sorting my work out,we sat down and properly arranged her EEA3 again and got it yesterday.

pls tell me if this doc to send for EEA4 is correct.

Her(eu spouse)EEA3 permanent resident
her passport
mine passport
proof of resident for 5yrs(both)
birth certificate of both kids

Do you think i need to send all her 5yrs again(self emplyment???? or the permanent residence covers that

Once your wife obtained her EEA3 PR you don't need to send all treaty rights papers again because she already proved to them she worked here for 5 years and the PR is the confirmation of that. Therefore, I think those documents you listed should be fine to support your application.

Good Luck!!

Behold,

You should be fine with those documents stated above. And you can now apply for both your child british citizenship if they're both born here in the UK, as one of their parent now has PR, in fact you can do both the application together to speed your EEA4 application

Good luck,

Nico

Wow that was Quick 29 days... I'm sure it is about which Caseworker you get assigned in your application. Otherwise it makes no sense why some people get theirs so quick and others take much longer.
Thanks for sharing Bernuck

Hi Nico

We didn't enclose any sort of envelope. They sent everything back to us via "Royal Mail Signed For" delivery. Our papers were bundled up nicely, just as we had sent to them.

Hopefully you don't need to wait much longer for your documentation.
