Hi Cguven

I dont believe you can get a tracking number now. If you phone up they might tell you it is on its way and maybe they will give you a tracking number , but i dont think it will happen.

Im hoping for a good week. ;)

Hi everyone,

Would really appreciate your help on one question - in Section 8 of the eea4 form, there is a small space requesting all the travels in and out of UK over the last 5 years, do you have to out every single travels?

My husband (EEA) travels in Europe for work 2 days a month - it's quite difficult to track as EU passport has no stamps when they leave and enter UK - would you still recommend putting all the dates? We can definitely go through the dates but just wondering if there is another option? We are never out of UK for more than 2 weeks at the most.

Your assistance is highly appreciated!

Many thanks! :D

Hey Sarah!

Hm, twice every month would be quite a bit of travelling :))

Just to bring to your attention that if its two days you don't have to put them at all as first and last day in/out don't count.
Otherwise - well, they are asking for everything, I'd put everything unless someone has other ideas?

In any case - the best of luck with your application! :)

Hi everyone,

Great to see such a helpful community forum!

My husband and I are just arranging our documents now getting ready to submit his EEA4 application in November, and have some questions of a practical nature.

Is it generally recommended to provide supplementary evidence documents for every month, e.g. every month's payslip and every month's bank statement for both of us, utility bill etc? Also, is it generally recommended to bind the documents together, e.g. in a plastic folder? Just realising what a huge amount of paper we will be sending over!

Thanks in advance for your help,

Suyin

Hi Suyindb.

For every year consider sending:
P60 instead of the monthly payslips. (Your should have one around May every year)
I bill each for every year E.G Gas and Elect. 1 for every year.
I send mine in a folder labelled for each year.
Note: still waiting but not doubting I will get mine it In Sha Allah (God Willing)
I am not a solicitor only offering helpful advice so my advice is for guidance only!!!

@oxi350
That's a great list!

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the problem of only having a meter for gas/electricity? We obviously don't get bills for these, but we have both of our names on the account.

If you dont have gas/electricity bills its ok. But you can recieve some letter from them. You can show other bills. Water, tv license, council tax, mobile, internet.

Thanks Oxi350. We have an account letter from both our gas and electricity suppliers in both of our names. In Northern Ireland, we don't pay for water or council tax (although we do have something called 'rates', which are paid by our landlord). We do have the internet/TV license in my civil partner's name and I will try to get a letter from my mobile phone company proving that I am living at this address.

Thanks again for the reply!

Hi all,

Still haven't received any update with regards to my application, starting to get a bit anxious now!! It will be 8 weeks since HO sent COA (56 days)

Timeline:
Submitted: 28/07/14
COA received 07/08/14 (which is dated 05/08/14)
Waiting begins now.

I submitted on the basis that my Polish wife has been exercising her treaty rights for the last 5 years.

Document supplied.

Marriage certificate
Proof of addresses (joint for lat 5 years)
P60's and Pay slips for my wife for last 5 years
Contract of employment
Worker scheme registration certificate for my wife
Proof of addresses (joint for lat 5 years)
-Bank statements
-Mortgage statements
-Council tax bills
-Water Bills
-Gas Bills
Comprehensive list of days which we were both absent from the UK (this was the tricky bit as I traveled to Europe allot for work) - Max allowed days out of the UK is 180 per year dating back from date of application. I got really close to that number is 2010, but hoping it will be OK.

Will provide an update once received from HO.

fingers crossed for all those who are still waiting.

Hi Stefjmbox

Thank you for your information , I have 6 people in my stats for July submitions, and to date only 3 people have received their PR's
The least amount of waiting time in July is 62 Days from submition, and the most is currently 75 days (submitted on the 16th July) The average waiting time for july currently is 67 Days...
I submitted on the 21st July and I'm also still waiting.

Holding thumbs that we get our Pr's soon. Hopefully will be this week for me and if stats is anything to go by maybe yours the week after or hopefully sooner!Hopefully this gives you some insight. Good Luck with yours.
Regards

HI KKuk

Yes you have been waiting the longest here. :( - 75 Days if Calculations is right.
Good Luck this week. I hate that message on my screen that says, "tracking number not found" :(

I was just thinking about the whole waiting thing. :) , It is very difficult to predict as we dont have all the variables, but its safe to assume that from what i have seen , July is taking the longest. Not sure if there is more applicants or more caseworkers on holiday. :)
Good Luck to all still waiting!

Hybrid,

Couldn't agree more.
Can they use their own envelope too?
I have read somewhere they have.
I keep tracking mine too every single day.
Good Luck to you too.
