Dear All,
My parents were granted pre-settled status under surinder singh route. They are dependent on me, I want to check what documents I require to apply for settled status.
Do I need to prove dependency again or just to provide proof of 5 years residency?
I got conflicting information from different sources, one says only need to provide 5 years residency proof once pre-settle status has been granted. Other says, dependency proof is required as they were initially granted pre-settled status on the basis of dependency.
Kindly help.
