Thanks for your reply Ruthy.
Looks like they are very busy with so many applications, that we will need to wait longer to receive an decision.
Please let me know when your Husband receive any news and I will do the same.
( I have 15 years living in UK and I have permanent resident)
I hope your husband and me don’t have to wait much longer.

Hi,
I am an Eu living in the UK for the past year. I submitted my application around 23rd September, and I got my decision on the 8th of october. They are taking more than 5 days to reply, they have got so many applications to study.
I hope this will help you.
Good luck!

Hi Adam, my case is similar. I am separated from my EU spouse but still legally married. My
Family permit was valid from June 2013 to June 2018.

I applied for settled status 13 September 2019 but has not received anything since.

Just out of curiosity, will the scenario below qualify for settled status?

Non EU family member
Married 2012
RC granted 2016 after a long battle with the HO.
Pre settled status granted June 2019

Since I’ve been married since 2012 and been living with my EU wife all this time (7 years) don’t I qualify for settled status although I’ve not fully covered 5 years on the RC?

Thanks

Hi, I will be very grateful if anyone can reply to my message.

I applied for residence permit July 24th
Did my biometrics 9th of August 2019
Certificate of application received with no right to work(my sis is my sponsor).
It's been 3 months of waiting.
Pls is there a no I can call to know the status of my application?
Is it possible for them to change my no right to work to right to work?
My FP expires soon, should I be worried.
Swift messages will be appreciated

Hi All,
I thought I would post my timeline too.
I applied alone as a non EU spouse of French citizen married in 2008.
I had EEA RC from 2009 -2014 then Permanent Residence Card since 2014 (Stamp in passport)

EU Settlement Application timeline:
Online application: 06.09.2019 (I submitted a photo of my PR, a copy of my passport, a bank statement and a payslip).
Biometric done at Croydon: 11.09.2019
CoA received on: 04.11.2019 at 12h45 (by email)
Decision received 1 hour later: 04.11.2019 at 13h45 (by email): Settled.
BRC will be send by post within 7 days.

All the best to all those still waiting.
T

I heard somewhere that for non-eu family members, eligibility begins from when you are issued with the RC?

Hello Ruthy,
have your husband receive any news about the decision?
He tried to contact them to find out?
I saw some EU applicants getting the decision with 13 working days , so I hope your husband receive the news soon.
Today I have 6 working days since I applied :(

Of course you must get settled Statues
As per home office when called me and another friends the main rule for non eu family member is 5 years since marriage certificate date
