Once you granted pre-settled status, you will not receive BRP for it. You will be able to check from online system. From gov.uk

I applied for my mom she is a NON-EU family member.
For non-EEA:

If she applied using an existing BCR via the app, she does not receive an invitation for biometrics and does not get a new BRC as part of the process.

If she applied via another form, then she does get an invitation to biometrics and does get a new BRC.

Which one is her case? How did she apply?
My posts express what I believe are the facts, based on the best of my knowledge, about the topics discussed in this forum. They do not constitute immigration advice.

Dear all,
I am thankful to many of you all who have provided useful information in past. I have learned a lot and hence I am positing this timeline which may be useful to others

EUSS - pre-settled parents

Application: 12th March 2021
Biometrics: 9th April
COA Issued: No CoA
Passport recieved : 12th April 2021
BRC Card - 20th April
Decision (Pre-settled Status, with documents): 23rd April

We entered UK on a EEA (Family permit) and mistakely applied for BRC using eea-2 form. This was rejected for not submitting proof of continued dependency and not proving qualified status.

Hello everyone,

My timeline is as follows;
Applied for Settlement scheme: 01/01/2021
Biometrics: 28/01/2021
COA: 01/02/2021
Status received: Awaiting Decision
BRC: Pending Decision.

It’s about three months since I applied with the EUSS family permit, yet nothing from the office, I have complained, sent mail, called, radio silence all through. I wonder what else needs to be done.

Hi All,

I have applied for my parents ( they are here on EUSS family permit visa) for pre settled status.
Unfortunately they need to come back come home due to family emergency. As they still have their passports with valid visa, are they allowed to leave the country?
If yes, will the be allowed to come back using their pre settled card, assuming that I can bring it to them?

Thank you all.

The family permit was indeed close to expire. Received the brc the same day the fp was to expire. But I had called the resolution center and they informed that fp continues till the Russ is decided. Furthermore, till 30th June, family member of someone exercising their treaty rights can stay in UK without any registration

We received an email on 1/4/2021.
But still didnt receive a BRC card. Its funny how they work now days. I sent an email for BRC enquiry. They sent me an email as follow:

Thank you for your enquiry.

Please be advised that there has been a technical issue with producing your Residence Card. Once the issue has been resolved we will contact you with delivery details.

In the meantime you can access your Digital Status using your passport number to prove your status.

If you have questions regarding this, details on contacting us can be found on our website: https://eu-settled-status-enquiries.service.gov.uk

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

They told to check digital status to check online, but system shows nothing.

im holding euss family permit .i do apply for the euss ( pre settled) this is my time frame
17 february 2021 ; application and evidence subbmited
16 march : biometric enrolement done
5 may : COA
still waiting on decicion.
i did call resolution center in 13 april they say everything in hold u just have to wait for the decision. and then i call at 5 may when i receive my COA they say your application is still in process of the identity! and we will contact you when we make the decision or if we need further information. but what i think is the casework team are very busy at the moment and they try to process more application for the eu citizens. the application of those non eu familly members take longer

Hi Migonjam
I am interested in your "proposed civil partner" visa. If you dont mind me asking, are you an opposite sex couple?
(my visa agent seems to think that an opposite sex couple needs to live together 2 years to qualify, and im pretty sure thats wrong)

Thanks!

@kamoe what method did you use to contact the resolution centre?
https://eu-settled-status-enquiries.ser ... r-question
Select "After you have submitted your application"

Timeline
Application submitted : 08/12/2020
Biometric given : 07/01/2021
COA ISSUED : 07/01/2021
Status approved : Still waiting
Biometric card received : still waiting

Current Proposed Civl Partnership Visa Expiry: 08/04/2021

It has now been 2 months and 9 days since Biometrics, and still nothing.

I've just attempted to do the same now, issued a complaint using the above link due to the processing time of my partner's Pre-Settled Status Application. While my partner is Non-EU, the Home Office was aware of our relationship previously as we had applied for the Proposed Civil Partnership/Fiance visa last year and been approved. As such none of the items on this list apply in our case:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... plications

and it should be a simple application, as they need no further documents; when we submitted the application we linked it to my own, while also submitting my partner's Visa, Passport, and Our Civil Parternship Certificate, Tenancy Contract, Council Tax Bills and any other documents as required.

Her current Proposed Civil Partnership visa also expires in 3 weeks. Does anyone know what happens if her visa expires before we receive a response? Can she remain in the country due to her COA until she receives a reply to her application for Pre-Settled Status, even if her visa expires?

My husband applied for settled status based on his Biometric permanent residence card on 16 February.
He definitely followed all the guidelines.

On 3 April he has received a response from EU Settlement Resolution Centre that his application is still under consideration.

Husband is Non-EEA (South African)

Still no decision...

We are worried about what happens after 30 June 2021. Can he still travel after that date after awaiting settled status outcome?

I have heard that a lot of people are waiting for really long time.
