Hello Everyone, if you can please help me!!
Is there anyone apply for the eu settlement scheme in the uk in 2021?

I am a non-EEA national married to a EU citizen who works in the UK. After my husband had received his pre-settled status, I submitted my application to the EU settlement scheme in the UK and still haven't received the decision
* Application submitted: 28 January 2021.
* biometric enrolment done : 25 February 2021
* COA received : 17 May 2021

I did call the resolution centre many times, they said that I should wait.It has been nearly 4 months now.
If someone knows how much time the decision will take after receiving the COA.

im holding euss family permit .i do apply for the euss ( pre settled) this is my time frame
17 february 2021 ; application and evidence subbmited
16 march : biometric enrolement done
5 may : COA
still waiting on decicion.
i did call resolution center in 13 april they say everything in hold u just have to wait for the decision. and then i call at 5 may when i receive my COA they say your application is still in process of the identity! and we will contact you when we make the decision or if we need further information. but what i think is the casework team are very busy at the moment and they try to process more application for the eu citizens. the application of those non eu familly members take longer
I'm exactly in your same situation (I mean exactly the same, same dates, everything!) and we haven't heard back from Home Office yet.

non-EU unmarried partner timeline:

[pre-settled status]
Application date: 19/02/2019
COA date: 19/02/2019
pre-settled status: 22/04/2019

[settled status]
Application date: 01/02/2021
COA date: 01/02/2021
HO called asking for more evidence: 15/03/2021
more evidence submit: 15/03/2021
waiting for result

When I first submitted application on 1st Feb I didn't provide any documents as I have pre-settled status already. HO called and asked me to provide evidence to show that my relationship is still on-going. The caseworker mentioned anything like renting contract/combined bank statement/letters will do. I provided bank statement and letters (covering past 6 month) to show that we are living in the same address. It's been so long and hopefully can get a result very soon!

Having Pre-Settled status is not a sufficient condition to grant you Settled Status. Besides still residing in the UK, If the relationship with your EU sponsor breaks before you get Settled Status, you are no longer eligible for it, hence why they need proof. This is explained in the EUSS webpage.

I am also an unmarried partner, and I applied exactly the same day as you. I supplied copy of our latest Council Tax and the most recent joint bank statement upfront, at the time of application. I was granted Status within 1.5 months, on March 15th, no further documents asked.

I'm afraid from what you describe it seems that by not providing proof of your relationship upfront you just went at the back of the queue because it needs a second review (just wild guessing). This would mean an additional 1.5 months until your documents are reviewed. If that's the case, should not be too long now, considering there is a buildup of applications since then, so waiting times have likely increased.

Ladies and Gents,
There is still no update yet, I only update so people can see the delay.. Although, I did send an second e-mail and responded with an similar response..
02-03-2021 (application)
02-03-2021 (coa)
02-04-2021 (email)
07-04-2021 (respond to email)
19-04-2021 (nothing until today)
29-04-2021 (2th e-mail response no update)
06-05-2021 (nothing until today)
21-05-2021 (nothing until today)

I will update regularly but nothing changed and they said on the e-mail ; "Unfortunately, we are experiencing unprecedented call and email volumes at this time, as such, we are unable to provide a progress update on your application".

It is going to be 3th month in 2 weeks and still nothing, I did not bother to send an e-mail yet. No additional request or update.

If you have used the app to apply with an existing biometric card, then you will not be issued a new card, hence no biometrics. Is that your case?

Hi, thanks for your quick response. Yes that's correct I used the app and I already have a BRC which expires in 2023. However I am worries the application is taking too long, It's been over 3 months now and I have not received any emails from them.

Related question, can Non-EEA family members with PR Biometric card and COA letter travel whilst Home Office processing EU settlement application post 22 June 2021 deadline?

My parents already have PR bio card and submitted EUSS with COA.

Yes. See this post.

Check the printed expiration date on their EEA card.

After long 4 months I finally received Pre-Settled Status!Yay :D my timeline:

Applied via app: 20.01.2021
COA: 23.01.2021
decision email: 21.05.2021

I wonder, if I have BRC under EU valid until 2022, would they send me replacement card under EUSS?
