How did you get BRC without giving biometrics? That's impossible.

BRC stands for Biometric Residence Card, that means the card has your biometric data (picture and fingerprints) which is impossible to put on a card unless you had biometrics taken.

Does anybody thinks that involving MP would escalate the case ?
I have not involved my MP yet. I want to give home office one more week and if no response, I will send an email to my MP.
My timeline
Applied for settled status 18th of February and nothing since then. I am a spouse of EU citizen relying on same relationship. I have called EU resolution centre several times and all they said is to wait, my application is in final stage. In have not heard from them since.
I got my settled status today, applied 18th of February 2021.
Goodluck to everyone waiting
Congrats! I have got my status beginning of June, applied on 12th of February, so it takes around 3.5 months.

For those who received their status recently, how long did it take for you to receive a brc(brp) card?
When did you get the decision??
I got the decision on 2nd of June

Hi,

I am a non-EU, married to an EU. I did apply for the EU Settlement Scheme with below timelines:

Applied : 20 Feb
Biometric : 08 Mar
COA : 16 Mar
Decision : 08 Jun
Biometric Residence Card : 11 Jun

It took 3 months for me for a positive decision from the date of biometric. We did emailed HO couple of times to know the status of application as well as contacted local MP to get any info on the application.

It all paid out eventually.. Finally got my decision today 😀😀😀

All the very best for all the applicants.

I received a decision on the 4 of January 2021. Application was refused because they merely referred to what the judge said when I went to court ( EEA application). The judge at the time said it was marriage of convenience. I applied again based on new evidence I could gather. Has anyone been in the same situation as me, and what was the outcome.

Also, can you use a COA to apply for a provisional driving licence? If you can, pls let me know about it. Cheers.

My case is very straight forward , when I applied in 2019 pre-Settled status I got that in 2 days, now it’s more than 25 days after settled status application ( although I applied with wife settled status and she got that in a week as she is Eu national )
Which documents you submitted ? I would be happy if you would answer as I submitted only marriage certificate as N.I. got my five year record automatically

As I followed old applicants and they are in March applications now. If I am guessing right end of next month you will receive a response from them. Just follow applications and granted ones so you can estimate. 3 months and a half is how long it is taking now.
