7th working today and have not yet received my BRP. Is the BRP delivered by special delivery or normal post…someone said I should receive an email from TNT…is there anyone who has received their BRP in less than 10 working days or it arrives after day 10….my flight is due on the 10th working day since decision which is next Wednesday….any input will be appreciated

I havent received mine as well, i think it is written on TNT site that it might take longer due to lots of backlogs of deliveries they have to do. i tried contacting TNT but got no reply. by my calculation from time i received decision, 10 working days would amount to 15th, so i just want to wait before i know what next to do.lets keep in touch.

But did you receive an email from TNT or just a text? I haven’t received anything so am just wondering if the card will be delivered with normal post …just in an envelope…let me know what your case is. Thanks

Based on what i was told, it is coming from TNT, not normal post. normally,we are meant to be notified either by mail or phone about delivery,i have not gotten anything as well so i really dont know. someone else told me he never got any message and tnt just brought it, so i guess it varies.

Our timeline, non-EU partner.

Online application submitted: 22/06/2021
Biometrics: 19/07/2021
COA: 16/10/2021
Pre settled granted: 30/11/2021

Now waiting on BRP, hopefully it'll arrive in the next 10 working days or so. Hope this helps.
Guys,

Just an update. I rang TNT to see if they have BRP coming to our address, they had nothing. Lady on the phone asked if we have moved and she checked our old address and by the looks of it, they sent BRP to our old address despite it has been changed before pre settled was granted! Attempted delivery was on the 04.12.2021. Only 4 days after getting pre settled email outcome. TNT had no other details (such as email, phone number).

Thankfully, an amazing man from Home Office re-arranged delivery with TNT straight away and it’s been update on the system already so should receive it next week.

If you haven’t received an email/text, ring TNT and make sure something’s not messed up. Hope this helps

Either TNT reference number or application number. I had nothing so she checked the system with postcode only. They’re able to do that. Just tell them BRP was sent to you few weeks back and that you’re looking for an update.

Only today we have received BRP number and consignment reference number from BRP Delivery Team. If we didn’t act on time, we’d be waiting for weeks, even months.

He also gave me a 9digit number, think it is the consignment number. anyone knows where to track it pls?

ManP,decided to call TNT as you advised and guess what…the BRP was delivered on 9.12.21 at the adress I used but no one was home so the man on phone re arranged for it’s delivery on 14.12.21(not bad at all). He gave me a consignment number. Don’t leave home because delivery is between 8am-8pm. Use the consignment number to track delivery …just Google tnt tracking and put in your postcode and consignment number and it will show you progress

Not so good news to hear and surprised the 9 digit number doesn’t work. Regarding the 9 digit number given to me,when I track it shows me all the information about failed delivery and when next delivery is to be attempted tomorrow…Keep trying the line and atleast be given the correct consignment number. Good luck

Wow..that’s a relief for you. Let me call them now because I thought they work Monday to Friday only…will keep you posted
Good one happy to hear that. been home all day and nothing has popped in yet. i have tried tracking the stuff, put post code and the consignment no ,but keeps showing one error on top.dont understand why it is not trackable.
Did you manage to get your BRP delivered by 8pm yesterday?? Mine is due for delivery on Tuesday between 8am-8pm

Nothing came in. been trying to call them this morning , seems they are busy not connecting. the 9 digit number i was given is not even working, cant use it to track.
Not so good news to hear and surprised the 9 digit number doesn’t work. Regarding the 9 digit number given to me,when I track it shows me all the information about failed delivery and when next delivery is to be attempted tomorrow…Keep trying the line and atleast be given the correct consignment number. Good luck

It just didnt work after all the tracking i did, so frustrating. i want to believe the guy i spoke with gave me a wrong consignment number. I have tried calling them severally today, been on hold different times over 40mins. I think they are extremely busy. well when you get yours tomorrow, do update me,regards.

He Man P,I just received my BRC this morning at 10:30am….so that’s finally out of the way can travel abroad tonight!
Keep calling customer care for TNT and make sure as they read for you the new consignment number, you begin tracking on another phone to avoid being read a wrong one again! Good luck bro and I wish everyone waiting for speedy decisions because the home office can cause anxiety
