Update. Have received the CoA.
Biometrics done on : 30 Mar
CoA received : 05 Apr
Turnaround time to CoA after biometrics: 5 working days (Mon-Fri)

So far, it looks like the system works. I am actually impressed because the new casework team probably got a ton of these cases on the first weekend and they have started to get cases moving in 5 days.
Hi have you received your BRP please share thanks
It turned up within a week. It is a BR Card , not a BR Permit.

My Uncle is supporting and living with me more than 5 years. So I am the part of his household more than 5 years.

Came to UK in 2010 as student.
Visa revoked in 2014.
Apply Extended Family Permit.
Refused on dependency issue.
Went to FTT.
But appeal refused due to Sala Jurisdiction.
Refused UTT on same jurisdiction.
Then apply flrhro as a family and private life as I have daughter aged 6 years.
Refused by home office.
Then in 2018 apply to reinstate appeal.
Court replied to apply Permission to Appeal.
And now waiting for their response for Permission.

In these circumstances can I apply for this pre-settled Scheme?

Today I have received my non Eu son's settled status confirmation letter by email. In the letter mentioned BRC is on the way and will be arrived in 7 days.
One thing make me confuse my son is non eu national and he came in UK 2 years before on non eu family member visa valid for 6 months. After expiry of visa i did not apply for further visa due to some reason. Now when i got my settled status as EU national live in UK last 15 years I had applied for my son who is non EU and he got the same status where as i have heard less then 5 years will get the pre settled status. If someone have same experience please share. Thanks

Applied on 13/05/2019
submitted bio-metric on 21/05/2019
COA received by email on 22/05/2019
settled status confirmed on 30/05/2019
waiting for BRC expecting in 7 days.

Did you only upload Marriage certificate? Nothing else at all?
{ I'm not a solicitor, legal professional or immigration advisor, all of my posts are based on my online search and my own PR, ILR (LR), 2 FTT and 2 UTT refused but finally after 3 years of long battle I got my SETTLED STATUS. }

Hi everyone. I got my permanent resident card in 2014 . And permanent resident sticker was in my passport. I applied online for settlement status on 1.04.2014 . I gave my biometric information in Croydon on 10.04.19. And got COA on 12.04.19 . Still waiting decision from Home Office . It’s nearly 2 month . And I was granted Permanent resident card in 2014. In HO website says if you got Permanent resident card we don’t need nothing and we will swipe your PR to settlement status . I don’t know why it’s taking 2 month . anyone in same situation ?
Hello.
I also have NON biometric permanent resident sticker in my NON biometric passport in 2014. I just want to ask you. You applied online trough home office website? Do you need to send your passport to home office? I am non EU with non biometric permanent residence and with non biometric passport. I can't apply trough app. But I can't find information do I need to send passport.
Thank you.
Hi . you will not send your passport to HO . Just apply online . And you will put your PR number after it you will book biometric appointment after it you will go to appointment and they will take your finger print etc . After biometric you will receive COA . I received my one 12.04.19. But Iam still waiting for my settlement.
Thank you for you answer!
I think it's take longer because our permanent residence is not biometric.
I have 2 friend with biometric PR they received settled status in 2 weeks. I think it's because straightforward and automated. But if case need more ( biometric details) attencion it's probably just need to wait when case worker look at it. I know 1 person French citizen. She was living in UK since 1972. She never applied for PR. We applied for her settled status in March. Long wait. 2 weeks ago home office called and tell her they start looking at her case. So 1 week ago she recieved her settled status.
We don't have biometric PR so it's not very straightforward. It's also depends how busy Case worker.
Hi . I got today my settled status by email . And biometric card will arrive in 7 working days. And my permanent resident visa sticker which is in my passport will expire on 2024 . I don’t have any idea about my biometric card will come with 10 years renewal date . Or it will come without renewal date . I have no idea . Who got biometric pr card they got their settled status in 2 weeks . Who got permanent resident card in passport like it tooks them to give me settled status 2 month . Good luck everyone ✌️

17/04 Biometrics done in Belfast.
23/04 Email received asking for non EU to post passport to Liverpool.
07/05 COA Email received.
12/05 Pre-settled received for 5 years with Residence card to follow within 7 days.
17/05 5 year Residence card received by post.
Hello!

Thank you for posting your timeline! I'm in a similar situation to your wife, I currently hold a EEA Family Permit and I'm waiting for my Biometric appointment next Monday. I was wondering if your wife got a National Insurance Number with her Residence Card or if she will have to apply for one since I'm already looking for jobs and I would like to advance with everything I need to get one.

If anyone else knows if you get a National Insurance Number with your residence card or if you have to do this separately I would appreciate your insight very much!

Big thanks to all!

Hi Guys,

i came to uk jan 2012 as Tier 4 student.

Then got married to EEA citizen in Aug,2014 and changed my status to "Residence card of family member of an EEA national.

I have been in Uk for 7.5 years and my 5 year residence card is expiring in Feb,2020.

I was trying the Eu exit app to apply for settlement scheme.

But when i am scanning my residence document it says British Nationals doesn't to apply for this and i tried passport first page as well but it says wrong document.

I have Pakistan Passport , has any one applied with Pakistan passport before ?

Thank you very much in advance.

Thanks

So you didn't have to submit your biometrics again? I understood that they were telling you that your applications was stopped because they needed your biometrics. Well at least that's what they are telling to me. My MP replied back to me and they are reviewing my case, hopefully, I can get same support as you! crossing fingers!

No, I had to do Biometrics cause I applied using my passport not BRP.

I hope you will get the same support just to know once the home office receive your MP Email they will speed things up. Because yesterday i received email from my MP saying that the home office answered him and there is a technical issues on my application and they can't tell a time scale for when it will be solved. And after that one hour I received my status. So what I think is just MP contacting them will help to speed the things up and care about your case more ! Especially if you've been waiting for a long time.

Hi have you received your BRP please share thanks
It turned up within a week. It is a BR Card , not a BR Permit.
Thanks for made me correct. Is there any difference between permit and card except of permit stamp on passport. just for my information please

Today 03/06/2019 received BRC valid for 10 years mentioned EU settlement- Indefinite Leave to Remain.
wishing a good luck for all those are waiting.

My timeline:
Applied online - 25th May
Biometric enrolment appointment - 28th May
COA - 3rd June
Status outcome: 3rd June

I was on a tier 2 visa and I applied with my passport for pre-settled status as a spouse of the EU person who has been granted settled status. We recently got married and I've provided a marriage certificate along with proof of relationship over the last 2 years (shared address: leases, shared bank account etc.)
