Finally they made a decision on my mom’s visa, after a month!
They sent an email saying that her passport was sent to her.
Does anyone know when they don’t send an email with the refusal means it has been approved?

Yes, both of them have to apply to EU settlement scheme separately.

Thank you, one more thing, I am also in the same case, I just applied to the EU Settlement Scheme as a non-EU Citizen Spouse, and I also want to have my non-EU citizen parents join our family, do you think it is better to wait until I obtain Pre-Settled Status (my EU Spouse has already obtained pre-settled Status), and then have my parents apply for the EUSS Family Permit or have them apply now?

in this particular case, your EU spouse will be sponsor of her/his in laws (your parents). Your parents can apply for eu settlement scheme family permit straight away ,they don't need to wait for your settled status outcome.

For this type of permit you don't need to provide financial evidence for them being dependent, right? Because I have seen that there are 2 choices between EEA Family Permit and this one but this looks easier to obtain in my opinion.

That is true. In this type of applications dependency is assumed. You don't need to provide proof of financial support.

What about my family’s financial circumstances, is it required to post any bank statement or a payslip just like the EEA Family Permit requires to?

And will having the EUSS Family Permit lead to a successful application to the EU Settlement Scheme for Pre-Settled Status just like I am obtaining right now? Because I read on the gov website about it but I am not sure if that also applies to EU Nationals who don’t have permanent residence and have Pre-Settled.

You can send any documentary proof to HO which can be helpful in your parents applications included any remittances sent to them. If they are granted eu settlement scheme family permit in their country of origin and they come to UK they will be able to apply for pre settlement straight away.

I'm non eu national married to an eu nation and we have baby 15 months old and has British citizenship I have eea residence card and also have pre settled my mum and dad lives in Morocco I would then to come and stay with me for little while I'm I want to apply for eea family permit for them but I'm scared if they be refused they will never qualify for visit Visa as when u apply for family permit u need to show independcy money transfer
I really need help what options I have
What steps I need to take
Ur help will be much appreciated

Thanks guys for the great info provided so far. So guys does it mean I only provide copies of my passport as non eu and my partner's passport who is the EU citizen and proof relationship and no other document since dependency is assumed? Does she need to supply any document on her own? Please guys I'd be glad if someone helps with this question.

Basically the eu national cousin we translated both birth certificates and we done family link and was translated as well and we applied simple as we fill the application online we link the application to the eu cousin and that's it
