EUSS permit after expiry

Post by Davidk12 » Sat Oct 22, 2022 10:55 pm

Hi,

My inlaws got their EUSS family permit Entry Clearance visas, and they are coming next month. Their visas are valid for six months and will expire in January 2023.

My question is, what is their next route, and how to extend their visas? Is there any form available online?
I will appreciate the relevant links.

Thanks

The EUSS Family Permit is not a visa - it's to facilitate entry to the UK - it cannot be extended.
Holders are expected to apply for EUSS pre-Settled Status after arrival.
Refer to the application guidance: https://www.gov.uk/settled-status-eu-ci ... led-status
