Family member EUSS to EU Settlement Scheme

Post by Kerasi » Sun May 16, 2021 6:14 pm

Hello,

Could you please help me.
I am an EU citizen with pre-Settlement status

My mother in law has an EUSS family permit (Non EEA) but I would like her to apply for an EU Settlement Scheme if possible.
Also my wife - her daughter has a EU scheme pre-Settlement card.

What type of application should I look for?

Thank you in advanced for your response and time.

Same application that you followed when you applied for status, just different procedure. She cannot apply via the app since she would not have a biometric card, she needs to select online+post, I believe. The website will guide you.

And she came back home? Did you not want her to apply for the Settlement Scheme? She needs to do that inside the UK.

She needs to select that she will prove her identity by passport.
And this needs to be done inside the UK.

Thank you kamoe, she is still in UK.

Will proceed with the link you provided.
