Illegal immigrant getting married in the Uk

Hi everyone , i am new in this fourm , i found it is the best fourm i guess my topic is ,
i entered the Uk illegally six months ago , and before i came to UK i ve a girlfriend from Poland, she has lived here in the Uk last year then she went back to her home country , things i know her for two years , and we want getting married , and it is genuine relationship and it is gonna be for real marriage , things i dont know how to do , i ve red in this fourm some topics but i dont know my situation , i guess all re different cases , i want someone point me in the right track to avoid trouble with immigration

The Registrar has a legal obligation to notify the authorities who will then decide whether to interview the couple prior to the wedding taking place and extend the notification period from 28 to 70 days. As you are here illegally, this is highly likely to trigger your detention by the Home Office before the marriage can take place.

Return to your home country and apply from there, unless there are compelling reasons as to why you cannot.

The best option would be to return to your home country and marry there. However, as your girlfriend isn't currently living in the UK this only complicates your situation further. You're unlikely to be able to marry here without the intervention of the UK Border police.

You apply for either a Polish Fiancé or Spouse visa if she's in Poland and intends to remain there, or marry and apply for EEA Family Permit when she has exercised a treaty right in UK or similar in any other EU State apart from her own.

In which case, return to Morocco, marry there and then apply for a Family Residence Permit for the UK. You'll still have to show that it's not what you'll understand as 'a mariage blanc'.

In that case she you need to marry somehow, she needs to move to UK and exercise a treaty right (work, study or self-sufficient) then you apply for UK Family Permit (think it's form EEA2).

exersing treaty right is working and studing .. etc , so what she ll come here in the UK and start working for certain period will this can change the situation , because i think if i ll to home country , i am affraid it ll be more complicated and wasting time ,i thought about she ll come her and we strat living together and she work too , and later we can register our Marraige , is this a good step or not ? and thanks a lot all for your quick reply

Easiest way get marry in Morroco, if you want to get marry in Poland you will need to obtain schengen visa and you may not apply here in UK as your not legally here.

No, with no family life and no kids you'll be deported/removed for sure and then the box is well and truly open for an extended period of battling with the authorities.

Fact is as Casa said these sorts of marriages attract the UKVI's attention, legislation gives them time to delay proceedings, get their case together and arrest you at the wedding.

Go back home and do it properly, then you can live without looking over your shoulder all the time, plus it's the honourable and decent thing to do.

I don't what language this is but even from the gist it's illiterate rubbish, ignore it.

Yes, but initially via Polish immigration rules, then you can relocate as her EU Family Member form EEA2 I think.

Are you sure your gf wants to relocate back to UK?

Yes with a family permit, but how will you enter Poland?
