This is a public forum intended for open discussion. Members don't have the privilege of the PM facility until they have contributed 30 (genuine) posts.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Only those extended family member who in the country from which they have come, have been dependent or member of the household of the EU citizen, having primary right of residence, and upon return to the UK, continue to be dependent or member of the household of the EU citizen, will be entitled to a residence card.
