non eu travelling on pre-settled status

Hi,

My non eu spouse has got her pre-settled status and received her residence card, she applied with just having an expired family permit she didn't apply for the eu residence card beforehand.

Is she allowed to travel to other European country's with her pre-settled residence card?
or does she need to get a visa for that particular European country?

she will be travelling with me her eu spouse and we will bring our marriage certificate also
