Congratulations! I think your daughter will be French national because her mom is French. So the child will become EU national but I think you will still be non-EU national.

Say them hello hi and ask them tea/some drink. And show them the print out of the below page.

I was in court to experince the hearing. Had wonderful time. Learnt few good points for my hearing. The hearing I attended, the judge was so nice, but the appelant was not answering the question. Maybe because of stress.
my hearing same court. Richmond. On 12 Jan. I think, I got good chance to win. But cannot say for sure.
any advise for me.
Thanks

I don't think there is anyone who is able to provide advice on here. I'm sure they would have replied by now. Get the paternity test and that's all you can do.
However, if your wife is not living in the UK now I think it will be very hard for you to persuade the judge that you are entitled to a UK residence card.
Get your lawyer to tell you his plans. If you are able to post what he says someone might be able to help you.

Explain short time ? How long has she been in france ?
Do you have a house together or live together ?
As far as I can see , you case has become quite simple since you just had a kid together .
Just do the following :
Ask your wife to move back to UK with you with the kid as soon as possible.
Get a paternity test and prove that you're the father of the child.
I do not see how they would be able to reject your appeal , UKBA cannot split families apart just like that .
And do not bomb here with more questions .

Paterinty test will cost me more then 500 pound
. From King college london. But their report is accepted by ukba.
Is it normally that much paterinty test.
I rather pay more money now, then go to court and ukba say it is not done by the right institution
