PR Application refused

I am an extended family member of an eea national. I made an application for permanent residence but it was refused because the home office said I only proved 3 years dependency. I was in college till 2017 and was still depending on my dad but I moved away from home for easy access to college. I changed my address and this is why the home office said I seized depending on my sponsor in 2016. I also fell pregnant and decided to live on my own. I want to ma a new application to explain things to them. Does anybody here have an idea of how to go about it. Thank you.
